  1. A long time ago, I made fresh breads of all kinds. The process of mixing the ingredients, letting them rise, and smelling them cooking is a fond memory. I havent cooked real food much lately at all. Now you have me thinking of it again. The kind of cooking you describe here in the Bistro is what I like to read about and consider.

    What I like is how you break down the steps of each recipe and precisely describe how to put it all together.

    One thing I noticed was how you divided the loaves into different sizes as what might suit different needs.
